Unsere Anforderungen sollen sicherstellen, dass Du die Expertise und Fähigkeiten mitbringst, die unser Team ergänzen und mithilfe derer Du unsere Klienten optimal betreuen kannst. Nebst einem Schweizer Anwaltspatent erwarten wir mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Inhouse Legal Counsel sowie als (Senior) Associate in der Advokatur. Zentral ist zudem Akquisitionspotential bzw. bereits ein eigener Klientenstamm, den Du weiter auf- und ausbauen möchtest.

Association law has always been one of my specialities and I regularly publish academic articles on this subject. Whether it's about founding or dissolving an association, adopting or amending association statutes or regulations, preparing and organising meetings or assemblies or legal disputes between an association and a member (keyword: exclusion) or between members themselves: I can offer you professional and expert support in all matters relating to associations. I offer holistic advice, proactively by drafting statutes and regulations and preparing meetings to avoid disputes, retroactively by challenging resolutions, dismissing functionaries and managing conflicts when they can no longer be avoided.
